Kyle has the best customer service in the world!

Walked in with my hot attitude and all I wanted was to get my vape and get tf home. Kyle was nice and friendly and genuinely had me leave feeling very happy. 10 out of 10 customer service. Had to leave this review in the parking lot I was so impressed 🙌🏻

David and the owner of the shop are the best, they keep it real with you about all their products and always make sure you get exactly what you came in for- clean place, genuine people, authentic products, overall 10/10 recommend

I’m always in a good mood whenever I walk into this shop, always amazing customer service and the utmost kindness. They’re also the only place on this side of town with non-expired vape juice. If there’s something they don’t carry they’re more than happy to order it for you!

I'm in Jacksonville training for a new job, and searched Google for vape shop near me and this was the first returned on the list. I'm very pleased that I decided to visit this store! I didn't catch the person's name behind the counter, I'll assume he's the owner. With that being said the customer's service was superb, their selection of products was overwhelming, in a great way. They had almost everything I inquired about. Prices were as expected for this market. If you vape check these guys out! I'll be back when I come back to JAX to work in the near future!

This is the only smoke shop I visit anymore. It's always a pleasure to see the manager and the owner. They will do whatever they can to make sure you're happy, which you don't see at a lot of places. Can't forget to mention they've got the longest hours out of any of the other places I've tried in the area. Keep up the good work!

Their products are amazing and the worker Kyle was a great help with recommendations on delta 8 he's nice and respectful highly recommend going there.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even engaged in conversation to make sure I got what made me happiest. No high pressure and not trying to sell me what I don't want. I travel for work and this is possibly the friendliest smoke shop I've been to.

By far the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to!! I literally come to this smoke shop every single day and pass by two other smoke shops on the way here, but I will still always choose White Cloud.
